THE CRE & it's LABOUR PARTY MAFIA is being Sued for RACISM for failing to POLICE against RACISM- THE CRE HAS BEEN ABOLISHED TO FORM THE EQUALITY & HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION as part of the GOVERMENT'S PUBLIC RELATIONS EXERCISE.
There is an old saying, "To pour oil on the troubled water". But what do you pour if the water is troubled? The public is led to believe that the Commission on Racial Equality was created to Police the Discrimination in all sectors including the employers, services, Trade Unions, etc. However, in view the so-called policing body's failure in policing has left the victims with no alternative but to take the CRE and its agents to court for racial discrimination and victimtisation.
The frst time such an attempt was made by one of the CRE's own Case Officer, Mr Raj Naidoo; Naidoo v CRE1.pdf for failure to promote her. Rudy Natain successfully represented her at the Central London Tribunal which awarded her substantial damages. While promulgating its decision the Tribunals stated as follows [paragraphs 20, 21, 36, 38, 41 & 42]: "
Despite the above findiings recently, Mr Chirs Quinn,a Counsel for the CRE [new name CEHR] mislead HHJ Hornby, a Circuit Judge at the Central London Justice Centre by erroneously denying that there was ever any findings against the CRE. Mr Quinn is well known for misleading the Court CEM intend to take up the matter with the Bar General Council.
